Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co‑Foreman to advance from an Installer role into site leadership in Michigan. You will work beside an experienced Foreman to learn crew leadership, daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards while contributing to customer satisfaction.

In this hands‑on role you will learn to plan, schedule, and coordinate work, mentor a crew of two or more, and help grow into a Foreman position through our industry‑leading certification program and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Experience leading crews or small teams essential.
• Construction or home services background preferred.
• Basic construction knowledge helpful.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.
• Ability to access crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high‑performance local crew.
• Plan and assign tasks based on priorities and workforce availability.
• Install products with support from a national team of professionals.
• Track progress to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on site.
• Complete paperwork and on-site documentation accurately.
