Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to site leadership. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

With hands‑on leadership training and a clear path to advancement, this role builds your leadership skills while completing impactful field work. You’ll coordinate tasks, review job specs, and support Foreman in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in field operations.
• Basic construction knowledge required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on local projects under Foreman supervision.
• Coordinate tasks, schedules and materials for on-site work.
• Install products and services following company standards and timetables.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction during job execution.
• Complete paperwork and site documentation accurately.
