Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will work closely with an experienced Foreman to learn crew leadership, on-site operations, and quality standards in foundation solutions across North America.

Gain hands-on leadership training, participate in our certification program, and view a clear path to Foreman as you help manage time, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Background in construction or home services preferred.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high‑performance crew and coordinating job tasks.
• Review specifications and plan material, tool, and equipment needs.
• Manage on-site conditions, assign duties, and ensure safety standards.
• Install products with support from a national team and meet timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate project documentation.
• Supervise and mentor a crew in Foreman’s absence and plan schedules.
