Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to step up from Installer and directly lead a crew onsite, collaborating with Foreman to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance and customer satisfaction. You will work hands-on to guide the team and coordinate daily jobsite activities.

You’ll receive hands‑on leadership training, an industry-leading certification program, and a clear path to advancement toward a Foreman role as you develop leadership skills while delivering impactful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Experience in construction or home services and/or trade work.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess on-site conditions and plan work with time and tools needed.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a crew; communicate with customers during work.
• Complete paperwork and on-site check-in/check-out procedures.
• Safely load/unload materials and operate company vehicle.
