Job summary

Groundworks in the United States is seeking a motivated Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will work with an experienced Foreman to learn leadership, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and customer service standards on local projects.

This role includes coordinating tasks, planning materials, supervising a crew, and performing installations with a national support team. It offers hands-on training and clear advancement pathways within Groundworks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction or home-services industry and/or trade work required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of two or more people; act as Foreman in their absence.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools and equipment needed.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work, tracking labor hours and productivity.
• Install products and services with support of national team.
• Communicate with customers before, during and after completion.
• Complete paperwork/check-in and check-out procedures.
• Safely operate company vehicle and perform on-site installations.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies.
