Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will work with the Foreman to lead a local crew, plan materials and workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on site.

You will gain hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement, while contributing to successful projects and timelines in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Previous experience in construction/home services or trade work.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Plan on-site work: assign duties to crew and manage time priorities.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timelines.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after job completion.
• Complete paperwork and ensure proper documentation.
