Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to step into leadership on our foundation projects. You will work closely with an experienced Foreman to learn how to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards.

With hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement, this role develops leadership skills in a practical setting while delivering impactful field work. You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience helps.
• Proven ability to lead crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specs to determine materials and equipment before site use.
• Plan duties and assign tasks to crew based on priority and time.
