Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking a Co-Foreman to transition from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will work beside an experienced Foreman to lead crews, supervise daily operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

With hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement, this role develops leadership skills while performing field work. This position requires strong teamwork and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Background in construction or home services and/or trade work.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team and assist Foreman.
• Review specs to determine materials and tools.
• Assess conditions on-site and plan work.
• Install products with national support.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Complete paperwork and on-site documentation.
• Coach and mentor crew; lead in Foreman's absence.
• Communicate with customers before, during, after work.
• Operate company vehicles safely.
