Job summary

Groundworks is looking for a Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer and help lead a crew on local foundations projects. You’ll work with a Foreman, learn to manage daily onsite operations, and uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while benefiting from hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement.

This role emphasizes leading two or more crew members, coordinating work, and delivering high-quality installations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Assess conditions on-site and plan work with assigned crew.
