Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience leading crews or small teams
• Basic construction knowledge
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team in a local market
• Review job specs for materials and equipment needs
• Plan and assign duties based on time and priorities
• Install products and services with national team support
• Lead crew in the Foreman’s absence and mentor teammates
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on site

Education
