Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from installer to jobsite leader. You will work side-by-side with a Foreman to lead a crew, plan daily operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on local projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Experience in construction or home services or general labor.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess conditions on-site and assign crew tasks based on time and needs.
• Install products with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work, accounting for labor hours and productivity.
• Mentor and lead a crew, and cover Foreman in their absence.
