Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking a Co-Foreman to grow into a Foreman. You will lead crews, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Training and certification programs support your development toward a Foreman role. You will work with a national team to monitor project progress, plan resources, and drive timely completion within time and budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market area.
• Review job specifications and plan materials, tools, and equipment before reporting to site.
• Install products and services with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Mentor and supervise a crew of two or more; lead when Foreman is absent.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after project completion.
