Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman in Spokane, WA to advance from skilled Installer to site leader. You will work with a Foreman to supervise crew activities, plan daily tasks, and ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction on local projects.

You will learn leadership skills, participate in certification programs, and have a clear path toward a Foreman role while contributing to impactful field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction/home services industry is preferred.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to access crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing crew and coordinate jobsite activities.
• Review specifications to determine materials, tools and equipment.
• Install products with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction on site.
• Complete paperwork and on-site check-in/check-out procedures.
