Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer to jobsite leader in North America’s foundation solutions market. You will learn to lead crews, oversee daily operations, and uphold safety and quality standards while growing into Foreman responsibilities.

With hands-on leadership training, a certification program, and a clear advancement path, you’ll build leadership skills while making an impact in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams is required.
• Background in construction or home services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess on-site conditions and assign duties to the crew.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service on-site.
