Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a motivated Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer and grow into a Foreman role. You will work beside an experienced Foreman to learn crew leadership, jobsite operations, and the company’s safety and quality standards on local projects.

You will coordinate tasks, help load materials, supervise a small crew, and communicate with customers to ensure timely, on-budget completion while maintaining high workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.
• Construction/home services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance crew on local jobs.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• On-site planning based on time allotment, tools needed, and work order.
• Install products with support of national team of trained professionals.
• Foster customer communication before, during, and after completion of work.
• Complete required paperwork and on-site safety procedures.
