Groundworks in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking to promote a skilled Installer to jobsite leader as Co-Foreman. You'll work alongside an experienced Foreman to learn how to lead crews, plan daily operations, and uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

With hands-on leadership training, a certification program, and a clear path to advancement, this role builds leadership skills while performing field work and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction or home services.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess job conditions on-site; set plans based on time, tools, and sequence; assign duties.
• Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Lead and mentor a crew; act in Foreman's absence and communicate with customers throughout the project.
• Complete paperwork and ensure proper check-in/out procedures.
