Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation projects in Spokane. You will own safety, quality, and productivity on-site, mentoring the crew and coordinating daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and a valid driver’s license; you will report to site leadership and drive company-provided vehicles to job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Ability to read job specs and plan materials/tools accordingly.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew on local projects.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
