Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to a site leadership role. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman, learn to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards while growing toward a Foreman position.

With hands-on leadership training, a clear advancement path, and a certification program, this role emphasizes developing leadership skills while delivering impactful work in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a crew.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction or home services.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on site and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance team on local job sites.
• Plan tasks, assign duties, and manage crew productivity.
• Install products and services with guidance from Foreman and company standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are maintained on site.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate with customers before, during, and after completion.
