Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to join our field team in Oregon. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman to lead a crew, coordinate daily jobsite operations, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on installation projects.

The role provides hands‑on leadership training, a clear path to advancement, and a national support network. Candidates should have crew leadership experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance crew and coordinate tasks based on priority and workforce availability.
• Assess job site conditions and plan materials, tools, and sequence of work.
• Install products with support of a national team while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with customers during and after project completion, addressing changes as needed.
• Complete paperwork and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
