Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction or home services industry preferred.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high‑performance team on local projects.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Plan and assign duties to crew based on time and priorities.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
