Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience working in construction/home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Assess on-site conditions and plan work; assign duties to crew based on time and tools.
• Install products with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks; maintain documentation.
