Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled installer to jobsite leader. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman to learn how to lead crews, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and customer standards.

This hands-on leadership role includes a clear path to advancement and a certification program to build leadership skills while making an impact in the field. The Co-Foreman coordinates tasks, monitors progress, and helps keep projects on time and budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew and coordinate local projects.
• Review job specs to determine materials and tools.
• Plan on-site tasks and assign duties to crew.
• Install products with national support and ensure safety.
• Maintain quality, time, and budget standards.
