Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to a jobsite leader in Savannah, GA. You will work beside an experienced Foreman to learn to lead crews, manage daily operations, and uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams is essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance crew on local projects.
• Review job specs and plan materials, tools, and sequence of work.
• Lead and mentor crew members; coordinate tasks and schedules.
• Communicate with customers before and after job completion and document changes.
• Perform installation tasks per Foreman guidance and ensure safety standards.
