Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman in Savannah, GA to grow into a Foreman role. You will lead a small crew under the supervision of an experienced Foreman, manage jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards on local projects.

You will receive hands-on leadership training, a recognized certification program, and a clear path to advancement as you contribute to meeting time and budget goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience working in the construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a local high‑performance team.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, equipment.
• Assess on-site conditions and set plans for work.
• Install products and services with national team support.
• Troubleshoot issues to meet standards and timelines.
• Provide high-quality service on site.
• Complete and accuracy of final documentation.
• Safely load/unload materials and equipment.
• Operate company vehicle safely.
• Assist planning, scheduling and coordination of work.
• Supervise and mentor a crew; lead in Foreman's absence.
• Communicate with customers throughout the job.
• Complete paperwork and check-in/out.
• Knowledge of trade-specific tools.
• Ability to lift up to 22 kg.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
• Uphold company reputation.
• Must regularly report to work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
