Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman in Savannah to lead a skilled crew and work alongside an experienced Foreman. You’ll learn leadership skills, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and help ensure projects stay on time and within budget while delivering outstanding customer service and field workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Previous experience in construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess conditions of the job on‑site and assign duties to your crew for work to be performed.
• Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Safely load/unload materials, tools, and equipment and perform installation duties as instructed.
