The role requires deep experience in co-brand programs, funnel marketing, and data-driven optimization, with strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments and banking, including consumer and partner-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution to grow acquisitions and portfolio engagement for assigned co-branded credit card program.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless integration.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize results, improve customer outcomes, and maximize return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align strategic goals and campaign execution.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization and within the co-brand partner organization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budget requirements, and performance targets.
