Job summary

Chase in the United States seeks a Vice President of Portfolio Management & Execution for the CoBranded Credit Card business. You will lead end-to-end product life cycles, drive new offerings and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage partner CoBrand Credit Card portfolios, guide strategy, prioritization, planning and delivery, and act as the main contact for partners, coordinating launches and schedule refreshes with speed, quality and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Strong experience in Card portfolio migrations and related execution events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the CoBrand partner that incorporates enterprise objectives and industry trends.
• Participate in discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Support Technology in critical executions maintaining Customer Focus and Business alignments across Co-Suppliers.
• Drive and maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap as well as partner needs.
• Serve as the end-to-end program management lead for strategic initiatives impacting your portfolio.
• Build the framework and track the health of the overall roadmap for the products you support.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and escalate issues timely and effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including partner teams, dependent product teams, technology, and operations, ensuring mutual goals are met.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for card related initiatives across the organization to ensure your business partners are kept aware of new technologies that could solve for portfolio gaps.
