Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking seven Account Specialists to cover defined territories across the region, including Kansas City, MO. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and drive adoption of our CNS therapies, while ensuring patients gain access to innovative treatments.

The role requires 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma, deep knowledge of patient pathways, and experience with product launches and formulary access strategies.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution with pre- and post-launch strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
