Qualifications

• 3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceuticals, Biologics or related field.
• Internal candidates require 1 year of Commercial experience in areas such as Sales Management, Training, Market Access, Sales Operations, or Marketing or 2 years of consistent sales success.
• Proven track record of sales success and financial management.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to train and provide feedback to a group of account managers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must live within 100 miles of territory boundaries.
