Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners has partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health to hire an Area Sales Manager. You will lead a diverse, high-performing psychiatry sales team, set strategic area direction, and use analytics to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Candidates need 3+ years of sales management in pharma, exceptional leadership, and the ability to travel within the territory. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years sales management experience in Pharma/biopharma.
• Must reside within 100 miles of territory boundaries and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve goals for psychiatry products.
• Set and drive area strategic direction and tactical plans using robust analytics.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to account managers.
• Maintain timely communication with management and internal teams; manage multiple priorities.
• Ensure adherence to all standards and company guidelines.
