Job summary

Productivity, Inc. in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist or tooling professional for a customer-facing technical support role.

This position leverages your machining knowledge to assist customers with tool selection, applications, and troubleshooting, while staying connected to machining challenges and solutions. You will grow through manufacturer training and collaborate with a team to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, tool room, or related roles.
• Knowledge of cutting tool manufacturers and tooling options.
• Strong milling, turning, drilling, and threading knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot tool life, chatter, cycle times, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and willingness to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select cutting tools, drills, taps, inserts, and holders.
• Recommend tooling solutions based on material and application.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and provide guidance on speeds and feeds.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist with will-call.
• Participate in manufacturer training and expand product knowledge.
