Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in CNC machining industry experience.
• Hands-on machining and CNC programming background is a plus.
• Proficient in applying technical knowledge to solve customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by providing metal cutting solutions and understanding market trends.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads and new accounts.
• Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to pricing and negotiations.
• Develop and execute territory plans to deliver revenue goals with focus on product sales.
• Provide timely answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries.
• Maintain CRM records to ensure a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end customer experience.
• Present demos and run pre-sales workshops/webinars as needed.
• Represent Kennametal at tradeshows and events in the territory.
