Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining industry experience.
• 1-2 years of technical sales and/or application experience preferred.
• Proficient in product knowledge, including applications and troubleshooting; can tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to a range of audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong contract review and project specification discussion.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively selling metal-cutting solutions and expanding the customer base.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads, prospects, and new accounts.
• Manage the complete sales process including prospecting, demonstrations, pricing, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to reach revenue goals and promote new products.
• Provide pre-sales technical and commercial responses and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
• Conduct online and on-site product demonstrations and lead pre-sales workshops or events.
