Job summary

Methods Machine Tools, Inc. seeks a CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative to develop and manage the sales territory across the South Phoenix to Las Vegas region. The role supports applications, automation, inside sales and service through the Technical Center.

You will build corporate identity, foster customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and promoting integrated machining solutions. Requires demonstrated industry experience and a professional, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business; 4–6 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• At least five years’ experience in machine tool, industrial or capital equipment sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain the existing customer base in the assigned territory.
• Create action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed yearly sales targets for the territory.
• Analyze sales forecasts and profit margins; adjust strategy to meet company goals.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes.
• Promote company products and services on social media and industry channels.
