Job summary

Methods Machine Tools, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative to cover the Northern Arizona territory from Phoenix, AZ.

The role focuses on developing new customers, maintaining the existing base, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities and product demonstrations at Methods technical centers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in machine tool or capital equipment sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business.
• 4–6 years related experience and/or training.
• At least five years’ experience in machine tool, industrial or capital equipment sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain the customer base in the assigned territory.
• Create action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships; meet or exceed yearly sales targets.
• Analyze and monitor sales forecast activity and profit margin performance; adjust as needed to meet company goals.
• Maintain forecast on new business/orders for the territory.
• Arrange product demonstrations at our technical centers.
• Establish professional relationships within the industry and partner with customers to anticipate needs.
