Job summary

Job Juncture partners with a growing CNC tooling manufacturer to recruit a Territory Sales Representative covering TX, LA, OK, MO, IA, and AR. The role targets a sales professional skilled in selling through distribution channels while engaging directly with end users to drive growth.

You will develop new business, strengthen distributor relationships, present technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maximize product longevity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, CNC or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience selling through distribution channels and managing distributor relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Self-driven and results-oriented; able to manage a territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within TX/LA/OK/MO/IA/AR; up to 7 overnight stays per month.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Customer-focused, consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals within the territory.
• Identify and develop relationships with distributors and end users in the CNC and manufacturing market.
• Serve as trusted advisor to distribution partners, addressing performance, longevity, and reliability.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting value and technical advantages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings to expand market presence.
