• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• MRP/ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day production activities within the assigned area to meet commitments while improvements are made.
• Be a change agent and drive out waste through Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources of the assigned areas of the value stream and ensure adherence to policies.
• Support Group Lead in development and communication of team adherence to procedures; ensure cross training is conducted.
