Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two-year degree preferred.
• Experience operating computers with Windows Word/Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities to meet current commitments while improvements are made.
• Manage resources of the assigned areas of the value stream.
• Be a change agent with Lean methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist Group Lead in developing and communicating the team’s adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure cross training of employees and maintain skills matrix.
