Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year degree is preferred.
• Experience operating computers with Windows Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• MRP/ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities within the assigned area to ensure commitments are achieved while improvements are being made.
• Be a change agent and drive waste reduction through Lean methodologies; identify continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources of the assigned areas of the value stream.
• Assist Group Lead in development and communication of team adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure cross training of employees is conducted and skills matrix is updated.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
