Job summary

NOV is seeking a seasoned CNC shop supervisor to lead the team in a high‑volume oilfield machining environment. You will supervise machinists, plan jobs, and ensure parts meet drawings, specs, and delivery timelines while upholding safety.

Set up Haas and Doosan CNCs, apply Lean principles, train staff, and coordinate with programming, quality, maintenance, and management to keep workflow moving and quality high.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 10+ years of CNC job shop experience.
• Hands-on CNC operation with Haas and Doosan machines.
• Oilfield or oil-and-gas machining experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience in shop environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise machinists and shop staff daily.
• Plan jobs, staffing, machine time to meet delivery.
• Set up and run Haas and Doosan CNC machines.
• Ensure parts meet drawings and customer specs.
• Train employees and develop shop practices.
• Apply Lean principles to improve efficiency.
