Job summary

METAL CRAFT in Elk River, MN is seeking a motivated CNC Production Supervisor to optimize production, quality, and efficiency across Milling, Turning and Swiss departments. You will lead a hands-on team, implement training, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and a strong ability to read blueprints and manage lean processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily departmental operations and staff tasks; manage overtime and costs.
• Ensure ISO quality standards and procedures are followed.
• Lead production in Milling, Turning and Swiss departments.
• Develop training plans and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive lean initiatives and 5S to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to improve processes.
• Oversee safety and health procedures.
