Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in North Plains, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate work activities in a CNC-driven shop. You will supervise staff, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while optimizing resources and budgets.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in blueprint reading, problem solving and teamwork to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day production activities, monitor workflow and schedules.

• Ensure product compliance with customer standards and fulfillment goals.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Coordinate and monitor manufacturing projects from initiation through delivery.
