B&T USA, LLC is seeking a skilled Machine Shop Supervisor to coordinate and execute work within the machine shop. The role oversees daily operations, directs assigned personnel, supports production goals, and promotes a culture where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least five years in a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising employees in manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of ATF compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the CNC machine shop.
• Plan and coordinate daily shop activities to support production priorities.
• Supervise CNC Machinists, Setup Technicians, and Welders; assign duties.
• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Implement continuous-improvement strategies for equipment, processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
