Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a CNC Machine Shop with machining knowledge.
• Strong reading of blueprints and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activity in machine shop to ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Train employees in proper equipment use and company policies; enforce safety.
• Schedule production to meet customer demand and keep materials prepped.
• Oversee daily workflow; conduct performance evaluations and recruitment as needed.
