You will approve CNC programs, manage flow, and ensure quality and on-time delivery while maintaining a lean, safe work environment. The role requires extensive CNC and conventional setup knowledge, strong communication, and hands-on leadership to train and motivate staff, coordinate with inspection, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must have extensive CNC and conventional setup knowledge and operation.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational machining training preferred.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills and first article lay out experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop operations and delegate tasks based on workload.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Approve CNC program updates and manage files.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
