Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in North Plains, OR is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate machine shop activities. You will oversee CNC mills and lathes, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and supervise staff while coordinating maintenance and safety practices.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong attention to detail. The role requires teamwork, problem solving, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to set-up, troubleshoot, and train others on CNC mills and lathes on complex, tight tolerance metal components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day production activities, monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules.
• Supervise production staff and provide technical direction.
• Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of staff.
• Ensure product compliance with customer standards and fulfill production goals.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Monitor production output and quality control against specifications.
• Coordinate manufacturing projects from initiation through delivery.
• Identify and allocate project resources and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Provide coaching and development to employees and address issues.
