Job summary

Aluminum Precision Products is seeking a CNC Machinist in Santa Ana, CA to set-up and operate CNC equipment, adjust tooling and programs, and perform own inspections. You’ll create programs and document inspections, ensuring precision per aerospace blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read measuring devices are essential. The role requires minimum 4 years of CNC experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with CNC machining.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension required.
• Must be able to read aerospace blueprint drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run CNC equipment and adjust tooling, speeds, and cutter paths.
• Create/edit CNC programs and document inspections.
• Perform in-process and first article inspections.
• Conduct buy-off for production with supervisor approval.
• Maintain accurate part counts and replace defective parts as needed.
• Communicate effectively across departments and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
