Job summary

RTCA is seeking a CNC Supervisor to lead a skilled team onsite at our Chatsworth, CA facility. The role focuses on coordinating daily production activities, mentoring machinists, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across multiple CNC disciplines.

You will work closely with Engineering, Programming, and Quality teams to deliver precision parts for aerospace programs. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on CNC experience, strong leadership, and GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience including multi-axis setup/operation.
• Proven leadership in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GD&T and aerospace blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor machinists and operators on shift.
• Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC mills/turning equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Programming for part interpretation.
• Ensure parts meet print specs and tolerances.
• Maintain shop safety and 5S/organization.
