DMG MORI USA Everett, Washington is seeking a Service Engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools on customer sites or via telephone. You will also create documentation and develop technical reports, while training Customer’s Service Engineers.

We value 3–5 years of CNC troubleshooting experience, ability to read drawings and schematics, and strong communication skills. Expect up to 50% travel with on-site work at the Technical Center when not visiting

Formación

Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
3–5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of CNC machine tools.
Experience with DMG MORI or MORI SEIKI machines and controls is a plus.
Ability to travel 50%+ in a multi-state region; on-site work at the Technical Center when not visiting customers.

Responsabilidades

Install, maintain, and repair DMG MORI CNC machine tools on customer sites or by phone.
Create and update technical documentation.
Develop, prepare, and analyze service reports.
Provide training and assistance to Customer’s Service Engineers.
Establish strong communication and customer relations.
