Job summary

DMG MORI USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide maintenance, repair, and installation support for DMG MORI CNC machine tools on site or by telephone. You will work with customers to resolve issues and document technical information.

The role requires 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, ability to read drawings and PLC ladder diagrams, travel up to 50%, and strong communication skills. A technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair, and installation assistance of DMG MORI CNC machine tools on location or by telephone.
• Create and update documentation of technical information.
• Develop and analyze service reports and communicate with customers and engineers.
• Train Customer’s Service Engineers on installation and maintenance of newer product lines.
• Build strong communication and customer service relationships with clients.
